Hello, my name is Darlene Freeman. My family is a very close one and we have always done everything we can to look after each other. But as we grew older, it became more difficult to juggle real life and the needs of caring for my grandma. I wanted to be with her every step of the way through her golden years, but I also needed just a little help. Assisted living ended up being the right option.
